I don't want to use paypal! no problem, paypal is only our credit card processor, when you get to the payment screen you will have the option to use your paypal account or use your credit card. you will need to look at the screen, to use paypal account is large and flashy, to use your credit card is not as dynamically portrayed.

International orders- our shipping with paypal is now set up to automatically calculate postage to your country.

Are the sandals comfortable? Seriously.. would we make them if they weren't? We use the softest polypro rope for that purpose. we use the best quality rope, we have our rope made to our specs.

What size do I need?? sandals run true to size, However if you are a half size we reccomend ordering the next size up. (ie. if you usually where a 9.5, and sometimes where a 10- then order a 10-10.5, but if you where a 9.5 but sometimes where a 9 then order the 9-9.5.

What style should I get? You will be satisfied with whatever style you pick, all sandals are adjustable except the slip on. If you just can't decide, start wth the JC.

Where can i wear them? Really, any where you'd like. As a matter of fact we wear nothing else (well occassionally some clothes, but prefer not). Some people like 'em in the water, some like to keep them dry.Our sandals have been seen on boat decks, in rafts and kayaks, on the beach, at the mall (yuck), around the house, at the pool, on some stages, and in jails. check out the testimonial page.

What is your return policy/how do i return them? We will accept exchanges up to 30 days. Days is defined as number of days from the date you receive your order. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt (email confirmation), and all exchanges must be sent with a $5 reshipping fee(check or money order). All refunds must be sent with a $5 restocking fee, per pair of sandals.All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. We will not accept anything that appears to have been worn, washed, smoked, or damaged in any way. Please email any questions. we feel confident that if you order your current shoe size you will not have a return issue, but if you do we'll make you happy.

Do this for returns:
1. place your unused sandals (all labels and card still attached) in a box,bag, etc.
2. inlcude receipt/ please write on receipt exactly what you want (ie. exchange or refund (if exchange write on the reciept what size,style, and color you are exchanging for)
2. include $5 restocking fee (sorry)

How long after I order them do they get to me? we ship from North Carolina they day after the order. sandals are shipped priority mail with delivery confirmation, multi pairs are shipped UPS. Sandals (depending on where you live) show up 2-5 days. We can ship overnight if you need it-but that is a serious waste of your money.

Can I mail my money in? yes send a check/money order to our PO Box at the bottom of this page, snail mail takes a little longer. make sure you include your address and what you want!

Is online ordering secure? confident with paypals online payment security, and you should be to.

What if I don't have a paypal account? you don't need a paypal account, just a valid credit card.

how much is online shipping? $5-$30=$5.95, $30-up=$8.99, 100$ and over FREE

Why are your prices different from online sales and when we see you at festivals? you can expect to pay more at retail festival events, the small additional amount added to the price at festivals covers our insurance, employees, etc. it's like getting your sandals hand delivered.

Do you have a catalog? we have come to the realization that a catalog is a serious waste of paper, and a recent trip to the northwest after not being there for 4 years reinforced the need to lighten up the paper load. therefore we have little intention on making another catalog-but do expect a new card of sorts.
